Residential Rentals
Residential Rentals are offered by Real Estate Service, a property rental/lease service for the Gastineau Channel Area and beyond. Their residential management program can help you rent or lease your residential property. They are available to advertise, show, do tenant screening, check credit and personal references, and manage the property. When you are ready to rent your residential property, let JRES do the footwork, then you make the final decision on the tenant choices they provide. All of our units are non-smoking units.
TENANT APPLICATION
We do require all applicants to fill out an application, application cover sheet and tenant vehicle list. Application must be filled out completely and application fee must be paid prior to an application being processed. Many of our units take Section 8, please look at the individual property information, and inform our office if you qualify for Section 8.
